Job Introduction

A role has arisen within the Exclusive Group, in the IT Department for an IT Administrator, based at Pennyhill Park Hotel.

The position is responsible for supporting the IT department by providing an effective administration function and helping users across the Group with a broad range of IT related activities (i.e. set up logins/hardware distribution/ running IT processes). The role reports directly to the Group IT Manager.

Role Responsibility

Responsibilities include:

  • Set up logins/security access/password resets/permission updates for user across the Group for all systems.
  • Remove logins/security access/password resets/permissions for users that have left.
  • Creation and administration of group codes in company systems.
  • IT Hardware distribution (e.g. laptops, tablets, mobile phones etc).
  • Asset management forms and spreadsheet collation, administration and management.
  • Resolving daily IT queries.
  • Running regular reports for Group IT Manager.
  • Daily checking of a number of IT system processes.
  • Ensuring IT policies and standards are being met by users across all systems in the group.
  • To assist with covering for department absences.
  • To assist with system and software maintenance.
  • Recommend to Group IT manager, policies, and procedures  through the above role.

BTEC or higher in IT/Computing qualification

Experience:

Experience in IT Administration
