Job Introduction
To work with the Reservations Team to drive and close every Sales opportunity for our Hotel whilst at all times demonstrating best practice. This role is a full time (40 hours per week) and includes Bank Holidays and occasional weekends.
Role Responsibility
The Reservations Agent will be responsible for;
- Answering the calls within the company guidelines
- Taking enquiries and inputting reservations into the system
- Actively up sell and promote our sister properties at every opportunity
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have;
- Exceptional organisational skills
- A professional and friendly telephone manner
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent team working skills
- A high standard of PC skills
- Confidence in working to their own initiative
