Spa Membership Sales Manager - Maternity Cover

Job Introduction

This is a full time Maternity Cover role covering a period of 12 months.

Your role will be to work as a key member of the Hotel and Spa team with a focus on driving membership to our outstanding facilities whilst ensuring all members and guest receive the highest level of service and product at all times.

 

Role Responsibility

The Spa Membership Sales Manager will be responsible for…

·        Increasing the number of Spa Members to a maximum of 500

·        To develop and maintain a first class level of hospitality to the customer and to exceed the expectations of all our guests by providing the very best standards of customer service throughout Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa

·        To ensure that all activities position The Spa as the number one Spa in the UK

·        To generate the leads required to source the required members

·        To maximise all sales opportunities for the Spa and for Pennyhill Park

The Ideal Candidate

Our successful Spa Membership Sales Manager will have…

  • Previous Health/Fitness, Spa, Golf membership sales experience
  • Strong sales focus
  • Drive and determination to meet targets
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • A high standard of PC skills
  • Confidence in working to their own initiative
