Role Responsibility
As a member of the Bar Lounge and Terrace team your job is all about making people happy! You could be crafting beautiful coffees or show stopper cocktails, serving stunning afternoon teas or a slice of Haley’s legendary cake. A typical day in this role could include...
- Making sure the department is ready to welcome our guests, clean, tidy and with everything prepared for service
- Giving a warm and friendly greeting to guests you see, whether they are settling in for a drink, afternoon tea, or just passing through on their way to their room or meeting
- Taking food and drink orders, sharing with guests your knowledge of what we have available for them, be able to offer suggestions to enhance their experience
- Preparing and serving drinks with care and attention to detail
- Making sure our guests are happy and have everything they need
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality and making people happy; you will have an interest in food and beverage and be keen to learn.
You will thrive in a fast paced and quickly changing environment and will enjoy talking to our guests and helping make their memories.
