Job Introduction
We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to be responsible for leading the shift, supervising the busy restaurant and bar within the Castle Inn, The successful applicant will have previous experience within a similar environment, have a passion for customer service and enjoy the pace of life, being situated in the middle of a beautiful village which is a major tourist attraction.
Role Responsibility
Our successful F&B Supervisor will be responsible for
- Leading the shift
- Supervising the Food and Beverage team
- Opening and closing
- Serving guests food or beverages
- Supporting and developing team members
- Setting an excellent example to others within the team.
- Being multi-skilled, in order to assist with guest arrivals and departures, phone calls, etc. as required
- Having excellent communication skills and a friendly and approachable personality
The Ideal Candidate
Our Successful F&B Supervisor will have
- Experience within a Food and Beverage environment
- Supervisory experience will be a distinct advantage
- Ability to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude towards work
- Smart appearance
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Be highly organised
- Have an eye for detail
- Possess a strong knowledge of food and drinks
