Job Introduction
- To carry out planned preventative maintenance on hotel and the spa
- To keep technical library updated at all times with regard to PPM and emergency breakdowns
- To be responsible for routine maintenance on all plant at the hotel site
- To ensure the smooth running of guest facilities
- Carry out PPM room audits
- To produce reports when and if required.
- To give full co-operation to any clients and colleagues requiring assistance
- To maintain effective and productive working relationships with external suppliers and monitor quality and standards at all times.
- To be responsible for ensuring security and supply and stock control measures for all supplies used in the department and in accordance with financial procedures
- Comply with statutory and legal requirements for fire, health and safety.
- To attend any meetings within the Hotel, Country and Leisure Clubs as required.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the Chairman, Managing Director, General Manager or Technical Services Manager

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry
- Experience of painting, mastic, general plumbing duties
- Keen to learn new skills
- Punctual and well presented
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to undertake a wide range of activities
