Job Introduction

In a Nutshell

We are actively seeking a Head Concierge to manage the Concierge operations, responsibilities and team in delivering excellent customer service and creating happiness in our amazing property.  You will be the first point of contact for our guests and help with all queries on the hotel, its services and local information. 

Role Responsibility

Lots to do but lots of fun

  • Ensure a high level of engagement with guests throughout their stay to make them feel at home and create a warm experience
  • Offer consistent, high standard service and assistance to guests and maintain a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service
  • Ensure that all our individual guests and groups receive fast, efficient and friendly service
  • Ensure that everyone on duty are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either the guests or other departments
  • Assist with room moves, luggage deliveries and welcome the guests on their arrival,
  • Ensure the effective handling and storing of long-term and short-term luggage for arriving/departing guests and clients
  • Supervision, training, development & motivation of the team including, job chats and any follow up when needed
  • Be confident in the history of Pennyhill Park and the rest of the Exclusive Collection.
  • To be able to recommend and assist with any guest request and to have extensive knowledge of the local area
