We are actively seeking an Events Creator to help design and create bespoke and personalised meetings and events proposals for our Corporate Clients, in order to assist in the delivery of the meetings and events budgets group-wide for each of our Exclusive Hotels and Venues

Role Responsibility

Lots to do but lots of fun

  • To assist and undertake any responsible duty instructed by Hotel Management
  • Look after Corporate enquiries managing bookings from the initial enquiry stage, through the conversion process to receipt of signed contract
  • Support the Event Creation Team on Proposal writing, issuing contracts and logging all Turn Down enquiries
  • Assisting, when needed, conversion whilst maintaining a professional, efficient, friendly and outstanding level of service
  • Identify all sales opportunities and pass on leads to the Sales Management Team when necessary
  • Demonstrate a level of diary and rate management for all enquiries you are responsible for
