Its an exiting time for us here at South Lodge, in both the Hotel, and of course, the Spa that is due to open in March 2019. The expansion of the business means we are looking for more people to join us in the areas of Food and Beverage and Housekeeping, in both Hotel and Spa.
The recruitment event will be fun, interactive and engaging. it will give us the chance to meet in an informal way to get to know each other through a few activities and a quick fire interview.

Role Responsibility
Hotel Food and Beverage
It's a great time to join our Food and Beverage departments within the Hotel, with exciting new management in both teams due to internal promotions, its the time to get involved! The Camellia, our 2AA Rosette restaurant and our Bar, Lounge and Terrace are both looking for happy, enthusiastic and driven people to join them. If you enjoy looking after people and have a passion for food and or drink... this is where you want to be!
Hotel Housekeeping
A great opportunity to join a well established, running like clockwork team! In this role you will clean bedrooms and bathrooms making them perfect for our guests arrival. You will also be responsible for creating that stunning first impression by taking care of the public areas of the Hotel too.
Spa Food and Beverage
Another chance to be part of something new and exciting! We are recruiting for waiters and waitresses to join the most anticipated new restaurant in town, Botanica! With a stunning setting, innovative and creative menu, what's not to love. Serving our members, guests and the public amazing food and drink. You will also have the opportunity to work down on the Watershed, our poolside dining. So much to love!
Spa Housekeeping
Be part of something new and exciting!! Responsible for the cleanliness of The Spa environment, ensuring the members and guests have the best time in the best environment. Making sure that changing and locker rooms are stocked with towels, robes and flip flops as well as clearing these from around the Spa when finished with.
