If you enjoy selling and meeting lots of new people every day you might like to join our Spa Membership team. We are actively seeking a Spa Membership Sales Manager to work as a key member of the resort team with a focus on driving membership of our outstanding facilities whilst ensuring all members and guest receive the highest level of service and product at all times.

Role Responsibility

Lots to do, but lots of fun

The Spa Membership Sales Manager will be responsible for…

  • Driving the number of Spa Members
  • Develop and maintain a first class level of hospitality to the members and to exceed the expectations of all our guests by providing the very best standards of customer service throughout South Lodge Hotel and Spa
  • Generate the leads required to source the required members
  • Maximise all sales opportunities for the Spa and for South Lodge
  • Run Membership Events 
  • Assist with open and close of the Spa on a rota basis
  • Perform Spa Duty Manager shifts as required

  • Previous Health/Fitness, Spa, Golf membership sales experience
  • Strong sales focus
  • Drive and determination to meet targets
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • A high standard of PC skills
  • Confidence in working to their own initiative
