We are actively seeking a Spa Housekeeping Supervisor to provide a first class level of hospitality to our Exclusive Spa Members, Spa Day guests and hotel residents by maintaining the cleanliness, appearance and overall provision of guest supplies within the spa areas.

Role Responsibility

Lots to do but lots of fun

Our successful Spa Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for;

  • Ensuring that the pool areas, thermal heaven, changing areas and front of house areas are clean tidy and stocked that all public areas are open during the required hours.
  • Ensuring good housekeeping standards are maintained at all times in all front of house and back of house areas within the spa.
  • Following hotel and spa procedures with respect to grooming, performance, health & safety, emergency procedures and all other company policies and procedures as detailed in the company handbook
  • To promote a professional and helpful image to the client and give full co-operation to any client requiring assistance with a prompt and helpful attitude.
  • To anticipate client needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn ensure client satisfaction.
  • To maintain regular and effective communication across departments and within your team and at all levels throughout the business.
  • Being present in all public areas even at quieter times.
  • Support the Spa Reception desk and assist with the meet and greet of Residents, Members and Day Spa Guests.

The Ideal Candidate

Are you right for us?

  • 2 years or more working in a hospitality environment with supervisory experience.
  • A positive and pleasant personality.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional facilities and guest service.
  • To lead by example and have a passion and enthusiasm for the Hotel and Spa Industry.
  • The ability to lead and work well as part of a team.
  • Exceptional personal presentation.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work the shifts required of this industry
