In a Nutshell
We are actively seeking a Spa Restaurant Food & Beverage Waiter/ Waitress to help create happiness in amazing places by ensuring our guests receive a rapturous welcome whilst enjoying our dining experiences. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner are served at our guest’s convenience, whether inside the Spa, or alfresco by the pool.

Lots to do but lots of fun
As a Waiter/ Waitress in the Themis Restaurant you will be responsible for Mise-en-Place ensuring that restaurants have sufficient quantities of cutlery and crockery for service and making sure the restaurant is prepared to entertain our guests. During the course of service you will support and assist the restaurant team with the delivery of food from the kitchen to the appropriate section.
The Ideal Candidate
Are you right for us
- A passion for pleasing to ensure our guests has a happy experience.
- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant / Waiter ideally gained in a similar environment.
- An interest, and appreciation of fine food & wine
- Confident communicator – important to liaise with your guests and your other team members.
Your day will consist of 8.5 hours, (half an hour for lunch), equates to 40 hours a week.
