Job Introduction
Working as part of the wider Restuarant Operations team. Delivery of food and wine to the Chef de Rang, preparing for service and clear down after service, knowledge of menus, products and hotel as a whole.
Role Responsibility
The Commis de Rang will be responsible for…
- To assist the chef de rang in the service of food and beverage to all guests
- To prepare and equip the restaurants and private dinning rooms in accordance with the standard of performance manuals.
- Service coffee, afternoon tea and room service with guidance of the Chef De Rang.
- Clear trays in public areas and room service.
- Assist and undertake any reasonable duties as instructed by the Chef De Rang, Head Waiter and Restaurant Manager.
