We're looking for an experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to support the day-to-day operation of our Restaurant, Bar and Conference & Events outlets. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team and help deliver flawless service across every part of the Food & Beverage operation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the front, delivering exceptional service across the Restaurant, Bar and Conference & Events outlets.
- Ensure guest expectations are consistently exceeded across every service.
- Proactively manage your time to support all Food & Beverage outlets as business demands.
- Build strong working relationships across departments.
- Respond proactively to guest feedback and coach the team accordingly.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Carry out Duty Manager shifts when required.
Person Specification
- Previous supervisory experience within a 4-star or luxury hotel environment desirable.
- Strong fine dining restaurant and beverage service experience.
- WSET Level 2 qualification desirable.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, proactive and self-motivated.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
