Supporting the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the restaurant, leading the team on shift and ensuring exceptional service is delivered at all times. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant

• Lead the team during service, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional and personalised service

• Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints with confidence

• Ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained

• Support training and development of team members

• Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing and company procedures

• Assist with stock control and ordering where required


Person Specification

• Previous experience within a restaurant or food and beverage environment

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident and guest-focused approach

• Well organised with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
