You will join as a Bartender, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service across our Food & Beverage areas. Here, your contribution will help create memorable moments for every guest while developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative team.

Bartender
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails, spirits,winesand coffees.
- Create a warm, engaging atmosphere and provide confident recommendations to guests.
- Keep the bar stocked,organisedand clean throughout service.
- Handle orders,tabsand payments accurately.
- Follow responsible alcohol service and basic licensing guidelines.
- Support stock rotation and ensure ingredients and garnishes are wellmaintained.
- Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
Person Specification
- Confident, friendly and guest-focused with strong communication skills.
- Interest in cocktails, wines ,spirits and bar service.
- Calm and organised during busy periods.
- Professional ,reliable and team-minded.
- Good personal presentation and understanding of basic hygiene standards.
- Willingto learn new skills and develop bar knowledge.
