Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality pastry dishes and desserts in line with brand standards
- Manage and run the pastry section during service
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in all pastry output
- Support menu development with creative and seasonal ideas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Person Specification
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in pastry
- Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail
- Passion for high-quality desserts and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
