The Role
• Prepare and deliver beautifully presented dishes with consistency and flair.
• Take ownership of your section, ensuring standards remain at the highest level.
• Support senior chefs with daily operations and menu development.
• Maintain the highest levels of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Coach and guide junior chefs, sharing your passion and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
• A love for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern British cuisine.
• Calm, confident energy in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel to and from Fanhams Hall Hotel.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
