Role Responsibility
You will join as a Demi Chef de Partie that values creativity, collaboration, and pride in everything they do. Here, your ideas will be welcomed and your growth supported.
- Support the Chef de Partie with the smooth running of a kitchen section.
- Prepare and cook dishes to specification, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks during service to support efficient kitchen operations.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness, organisation and food safety within your section.
- Assist with stock rotation, labelling and correct storage of ingredients.
- Guide and support Commis Chefs, sharing knowledge and encouraging good practice.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and positive workflow.
- Build your skills and confidence with the aim of progressing to a Chef de Partie role.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a quality hospitality environment.
- Confident with core cooking skills and ready to take on more responsibility.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistent dishes.
- Supportive team player who contributes to a positive kitchen culture.
- Calm and professional during busy service periods.
- Committed to progression towards Chef de Partie level.
