You will join as an Events Coordinator, playing a key role in bringing events to life across the hotel. From initial enquiry through to delivery, you will support the planning and coordination of a variety of events, ensuring every detail is managed with care and precision while delivering a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the coordination and delivery of events from enquiry through to execution
• Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring a personalised and professional service
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth planning and delivery of events
• Maintain accurate event details, function sheets and communication across teams
• Ensure all event spaces are prepared in line with guest expectations and brand standards
• Contribute to a positive, organised and detail-focused working environment
Person Specification
• Previous experience in events, hospitality or a customer-facing role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Comfortable using systems and administration tools
