You will join as a Fitness Instructor, supporting guests and members in achieving their health and fitness goals while ensuring a safe, welcoming and motivating environment within the gym and fitness facilities. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver a welcoming and professional fitness experience for guests and members
• Supervise gym usage, ensuring safe and correct use of equipment
• Provide fitness inductions and basic exercise guidance
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of gym and fitness areas
• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance or safety issues
• Support group exercise classes or personal training sessions where required
• Ensure health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures are followed
Person Specification
• Recognised fitness qualification (Level 2 or above)
• Passionate about health, fitness and wellbeing
• Friendly, confident and professional communication style
• Strong awareness of health & safety and safe exercise practices
• Reliable, proactive and well-presented
• Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and early mornings or evenings
