You will join as a Food and Beverage Manager, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service across our Resort Food & Beverage areas. Food and Beverage Manager
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth operations across restaurant, bar and event areas.
Manage, motivate and support the team, maintaining high service standards.
Oversee staffing, rotas, team development and performance.
Ensure excellent guest experiences through consistent service and attention to detail.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior teams to deliver seamless service.
Monitor financial performance, including stock control, labour management and waste reduction.
Uphold compliance with food safety, allergens, licensing laws and health & safety.
Lead service during busy periods, resolving issues confidently.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all F&B areas.
Person Specification
Experience in Michelin restaurants and F&B Management roles.
Strong communication and people-management skills.
Organised, proactive and confident leading service.
Good understanding of financial controls and stock processes.
High attention to detail and commitment to excellent guest service.
Reliable, professional and solutions-focused.
Passionate about hospitality and developing others.
