The Castle Inn in Castle Combe is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join a team of 18. You’ll be supervising in a 50 covers restaurant. Your shift will include 7-3 or 3-11 on a 5 out of 7 rotation, plus 1 out of 4 weekends off. Breakfast shift is 6:30 – 3:30pm-, Mid shift 12pm-9:30pm, Late is 3pm until Finish. Is it essential to have your own vehicle.

Our successful F&B Supervisor will be responsible for
- Leading the shift
- Supervising the Food and Beverage team
- Opening and closing of the business
- Serving guests food or beverage
- Running shifts and acting as the host
- Supporting and developing team members
- Setting an excellent example to others within the team.

Our Successful F&B Supervisor will have
- Experience within a Food and Beverage environment
- Supervisory experience will be a distinct advantage
- Ability to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude towards work
- Smart appearance
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Be highly organised
- Have an eye for detail
- Possess a strong knowledge of food and drinks.
