You will join us as a Freelance Reformer Pilates Instructor, delivering inspiring and engaging Reformer Pilates sessions in our brand new, state of the art Reformer Pilates studio to our spa members, hotel guests, and wellness clients. We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable instructor who can create a welcoming environment, promote physical wellbeing, and provide an exceptional class experience that reflects the luxury standards of Pennyhill Park.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver safe, engaging, and effective Reformer Pilates classes for a range of abilities
• Provide individual guidance, exercise modifications, and support to participants where required
• Ensure all sessions are conducted in line with industry best practices and safety standards
• Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive class environment
• Maintain Pilates equipment and studio areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Build strong relationships with members, guests, and colleagues, delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Promote the benefits of Pilates and support the wider wellness offering within the spa
Person Specification
• Qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor with a recognised industry certification
• Current first aid qualification is desirable
• Proven experience delivering Reformer Pilates classes in larger group settings
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement principles, and exercise programming
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and confident in creating a luxury client experience
• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellbeing goals
• Appropriate freelance status and insurance cover
