You will join as a Golf Shop Assistant Manager that values organisation, leadership and a guest-focused approach. Supporting the Golf Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the golf shop, delivering excellent service while supporting the team and driving retail performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day running of the golf shop and retail operations
• Deliver a high level of customer service to members and guests
• Assist in managing stock levels, merchandising and product displays
• Support tee time bookings and general golf enquiries
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support and guide team members during shifts
• Maintain high standards of presentation within the golf shop
• Assist with golf events, competitions and member activities
Person Specification
• Previous experience in a retail, golf or customer-facing role
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised with attention to detail
• Proactive and guest-focused approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
