Our 2-year Graduate Management Programme offers a unique opportunity for aspiring hoteliers to cultivate their skills and expertise across various departments including Room Divisions, Food and Beverage, and Support Services. Throughout the programme, participants will have the flexibility to explore their preferred areas of interest while gaining invaluable hands-on experience.

  • Royal Berkshire Hotel, Sunninghill, Ascot
  • Lainston House Hotel, Winchester, Hampshire
  • Fanhams Hall Hotel, Ware, Hertfordshire
  • South Lodge Hotel & Spa, Horsham, West Sussex
  • The Manor House Hotel, Castle Combe, Chippenham

The Ideal Candidate

Are you right for us?

Our successful candidate will have;

  • You must demonstrate a genuine passion and flair for the hospitality industry!
  • A hospitality related degree in any of the disciplines; Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles within the Hospitality industry, which may include internships or work placements.
  • Access to personal transportation due to the locations of our properties.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the two-year programme.
  • Ability to work shifts as required by the department to get the best out of your programme.
