In a Nutshell

Join Pennyhill Park and the wider Exclusive Collection on our dynamic 2‑year Graduate Management Programme, designed to shape the next generation of hospitality leaders.

Over the course of the programme, you’ll rotate through key operational areas including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Support Services, gaining hands‑on experience in every aspect of hotel management. You’ll also have the opportunity to specialise by returning to your favourite department in your second year.

This is more than a single-site role. You’ll travel across our award‑winning hotels, attend interactive workshops, and work alongside experienced mentors as you build your career.

You’ll get exposure to:

  • Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa – Bagshot, Surrey

  • Royal Berkshire Hotel – Sunninghill, Ascot

  • Lainston House Hotel – Winchester, Hampshire

  • Fanhams Hall Hotel – Ware, Hertfordshire

  • South Lodge Hotel & Spa – Horsham, West Sussex

  • The Manor House Hotel – Castle Combe, Chippenham

  • Ansty Hall Hotel – Coventry

The Ideal Candidate

Are you right for us?

Our successful candidate will have;

  • You must demonstrate a genuine passion and flair for the hospitality industry!
  • A relevant hospitality related degree in any of the disciplines; Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality.
  • Industry related experience (can include work placement) in customer facing roles.
  • Due to the location of our properties you will have your own transportation to work.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK for two year period of the programme.
  • Ability to work shifts as required by the department to get the best out of your programme.
