The Role

  • You will lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment activity across the Group, partnering with property People & Culture Teams to ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring process from approval through to onboarding 
  • Partner with Property People & Culture Teams, hiring managers and leaders as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on role design, attraction strategies, selection methods, and hiring decisions. 
  • Develop and execute attraction strategies for high-volume, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles using job boards, social media, referrals, and local talent networks 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles, supporting both immediate hiring needs and longer-term workforce planning 
  • Lead early careers recruitment activity, including graduate programmes, placements, internships, and careers events. 
  • Champion an excellent candidate experience, ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and engaging journey from attraction to onboarding. 
  • Use recruitment data and insights to improve hiring performance, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate quality. 
  • Oversee recruitment systems and processes, ensuring accurate data management, compliance, and consistent use of the ATS (Tribepad). 
  • Continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes, simplifying workflows and enhancing efficiency and user experience. 
  • Support recruitment campaigns, creating engaging content and promoting the organisation across all channels.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a multi-site or service-led environment
  • Strong end-to-end hiring experience across a range of roles, including high-volume and specialist positions
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Comfortable using recruitment systems (ATS) and working with data and reporting
  • Good understanding of UK recruitment compliance and best practice
