We are actively seeking a Group Wedding Sales Manager (32 hours) to drive and support the Wedding Sales Managers of each property within the Exclusive Collection in line with pre-set KPI's and brand standards. You will maximise all potential wedding sales opportunities and ensure that every wedding is equally as special for the happy couples.

Role Responsibility

Our successful candidate will be responsible for..
- Support and deliver the Wedding Sales Budget and 24 month pipeline target
- Motivate and give support and direction to the property wedding sales teams
- Drive the wedding pipeline through identifying new opportunities and keeping ahead of the latest wedding trends
- Effectively monitor and report on key KPIs as set by the business and ensure training programmes are regularly revisited and implemented with new starters
- Work closely with the support functions within the Group, in order to highlight current selling strategies, potential risks and key opportunities for improving conversion and increasing revenue within the Wedding sector
- Ensure best practice is maintained on property with a spotlight on enquiries to provisional, provisional to show round and average spends and profitability
- Work with the HART trainer ensuring best practice in data input/standards consistency and devise SOPs.
- Ensure a clear strategy and sales plan is in place to drive wedding revenue, profitability and average value of weddings forward
- Develop and nurture relationships with Wedding Planners, new agency partners and caterers and suppliers to help develop Exclusive’s wedding business
- Deliver effective diary management across the business, with a keen focus and determination to ensure that the wedding business on the books supports both the wedding strategy, as well as the overall business strategy for each property and each business segment.
- Create and deliver great show rounds in order to increase conversion on enquiries
The Ideal Candidate
Are you right for us?
Our ideal candidate will have...
- A passion for and experience of the Wedding Sales market gained in a similar environment
- Must have previous experience of managing a team working remotely, setting standards, monitoring performance
- Whilst being based at Pennyhill Park, a car is a must as travel to our properties will be an integral part of the role to support local teams
- Direct experience of a sales role and training new team members
- Experience of managing conversion, forecasting, analytics, trends and strategy are key
- Ability to network, build relationships with both the Operational teams, Sales and Marketing team and external suppliers
- Availability to support property activity in the evenings and at weekends is essential
