You will join as a Guest Services Assistant, supporting the Front Office and wider hotel team to deliver a smooth, friendly and professional guest journey. This role is ideal for someone at entry level who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent service and wants to build a career in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests warmly and provide assistance throughout their stay
• Support front desk operations including guest enquiries and service requests
• Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including luggage support where required
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions or concerns
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure guest requests are actioned efficiently
• Maintain tidy, welcoming public areas around reception and guest spaces
• Follow hotel procedures, service standards and health & safety guidelines
• Support the wider Guest Services and Front Office team during busy periods
Person Specification
• Friendly, approachable manner with a genuine interest in helping guests
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with a wide range of people
• Willingness to learn and develop within a hospitality environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Reliable, punctual and professional in appearance and conduct
• Able to work well as part of a team and independently when required
• Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
