You will join us as a Guest Services Supervisor, delivering warm, attentive hospitality while supporting the smooth running of our front of house operation. You will lead by example, support the Guest Services team on shift, and help ensure every guest experience reflects the high standards Pennyhill Park is known for.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day Guest Services operation and lead shifts
• Be a visible, welcoming presence for guests during arrival and departure
• Support and guide Guest Services Assistants on shift
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other teams
• Ensure service standards and procedures are followed consistently
Person Specification
• Experience in a front of house or guest services role
• Confident, friendly and professional communication style
• Comfortable supporting a team in a supervisory capacity
• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
• Flexible to work across shifts, including evenings and weekends
