Key Responsibilities
• Deliver a warm and professional service to all guests and visitors in line with our values
• Assist with the setup of departments, ensuring all areas are prepared for service
• Complete daily tasks relevant to the department you are working in
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across all areas
• Follow all relevant food safety, hygiene, health & safety and company procedures
• Support Food & Beverage operations by welcoming guests and delivering service across restaurants, bar and events
• Support Front of House operations including check-in and check-out, guest escorting, luggage assistance and general guest enquiries
• Assist Housekeeping teams with cleaning of public areas and bedrooms as required
Person Specification
• Friendly and approachable with a genuine interest in guest service
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests and colleagues
• Willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Reliable, punctual and professional in appearance and conduct
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
