You will join as a Hospitality Assistant supporting the smooth delivery of service across our food and beverage and guest-facing areas. This is a varied and hands-on role where teamwork, energy, and a passion for hospitality are key. Here, your ideas will be welcomed and your growth supported.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver warm and professional service to guests across food and beverage outlets and event spaces
• Support the setup and clearing of service areas to maintain high presentation standards
• Assist colleagues across departments during busy service periods when required
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of guest-facing areas at all times
• Follow all company procedures relating to health, safety, and food hygiene
• Provide a positive and engaging guest experience through friendly and attentive service
Person Specification
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Well presented with good attention to detail
• Previous hospitality experience beneficial but not essential
