Key Responsibilities
• Clean and present guest rooms, bathrooms and corridors to consistently high standards
• Change bed linen, restock amenities and follow property presentation guidelines
• Report maintenance issues, lost property and safety concerns promptly
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys, equipment and storage areas in a tidy, organised state
• Support linen movement, replenishment and room readiness during busy periods
• Demonstrate warm, professional interactions when encountering guests
• Follow all cleaning procedures, COSHH, manual handling and safety protocols

• Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to follow procedures and manage time effectively
• Comfortable handling manual, repetitive and physical tasks
• Reliable, punctual and committed to consistent service
• Friendly, respectful approach when interacting with guests and colleagues
