You will join as a Kitchen Porter, playing an essential role in supporting our kitchen team and helping to maintain the high standards that underpin every guest experience. Working in a fast-paced and professional environment, you will ensure our kitchens remain clean, organised and ready for service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are cleaned efficiently
• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and storage of goods
• Dispose of waste safely and maintain a clean working environment
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times

Person Specification

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking and organised approach
• Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
