Supporting the kitchen brigade, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, organisation and efficiency within the kitchen. Key Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Porter you will:
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas
- Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Support chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Ensure waste is managed and disposed of correctly
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and health & safety
- Assist with deliveries and stock organisation
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
