Key Responsibilities
• Manage corporate meetings and events enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking
• Create personalised and engaging proposals tailored to client requirements
• Support proposal writing, contracts and administration within the Event Creation Team
• Deliver a professional, efficient and guest-focused service throughout the booking journey
• Identify sales opportunities and pass leads to the Sales Management Team where appropriate
• Support diary and rate management across enquiries and bookings
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high standard of communication throughout
Person Specification
• Previous experience within meetings, events, sales or hospitality administration
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Passionate, enthusiastic and guest-focused approach
• Interest in the meetings and events industry and current market trends
