Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the property during night-time hours, ensuring guest safety and comfort
• Carry out security checks and patrols across the hotel
• Support late check-ins and early check-outs as required
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries
• Set up public areas for the following day, including meeting rooms if required
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front-of-house areas overnight
• Complete night reports and handovers accurately
Person Specification
• Previous experience in a night or porter role is desirable
• Calm, dependable, and able to work independently
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Flexible to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
