As Revenue and Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth and profitability across all areas of the hotel. Working closely with the General Manager and Group support teams, you will implement effective sales, marketing, and pricing strategies. You will identify opportunities, maximise performance, and support the delivery of budget targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the on-property Sales Team to achieve revenue and budget targets.
- Create and deliver the hotel's sales, marketing, pricing and revenue strategies across all revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and industry contacts to drive business growth.
- Monitor business performance through forecasting, reporting, revenue meetings and analysis of market trends.
- Maximise conversion of enquiries and opportunities through effective follow-up and sales activity.
- Manage team performance, training, succession planning and personal development reviews.
- Analyse competitor activity, booking trends and third-party partnerships to identify opportunities and risks.
- Ensure the hotel is accurately represented across all marketing channels and deliver exceptional client show-rounds and events.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and Group teams to achieve commercial objectives and enhance the guest experience.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in hotel sales, revenue management and hospitality operations.
- Previous experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, statistical and performance data.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
- Experience using hotel PMS and revenue management systems (e.g. Hart or similar).
- Highly organised, results-driven and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
