Job Introduction

In a Nutshell

As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will report to the Revenue & Sales Manager. This is a full time role where duties will be split to effectively and efficiently assist Reservations, Events and Weddings, maximising sales opportunities and conversion from initial enquiry to booking completion. Time spent assisting each role will vary and depend on business levels in that area.

Role Responsibility

Working as a Sales Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilise systems ensuring effective diary management at all times
  • Ensure prompt and professional replies to all e-mails
  • Deliver show-rounds for weddings, corporate and private events 
  • Produce accurate function sheets
  • Monitor and input all business through OTA websites
  • Assist the Wedding & Events Manager with the organisation of wedding fairs and showcases and host these as required
  • Keep up-to-date and knowledgeable on competitor activity
  • Ensure all opportunities to generate revenue for the hotel are

The Ideal Candidate

Are you right for us?

Our ideal Sales Co-ordinator will have: 

  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment (operational or support)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)

  • Commercially astute and financially aware
