Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the Spa is maintained to the highest standards of presentation and housekeeping at all times

• Deliver a seamless guest journey throughout the Spa, resolving any issues professionally

• Be a visible and approachable presence, acting as the face of the Spa for guests

• Support the development and implementation of processes, procedures and SOPs

• Drive revenue through upselling of retail products and Spa treatments

• Oversee Spa team members, ensuring training, performance and standards are maintained

• Ensure compliance with health and safety, operational procedures and systems


Person Specification

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a Spa or similar environment

• Strong organisational skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service

• Industry relevant qualifications (Degree, HND or Advanced GNVQ)

• Experience in training, systems, processes and team support

• Confident in managing operations, guest experience and health & safety

• Flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach to the role
