We’re actively seeking a Spa Membership Sales Manager here at Pennyhill Park. You’ll be responsible for membership sales, show rounds and administration for our guests and members to ensure it’s seamless and stress free!   If you are highly organised in the office with your time, and paperwork and enjoy being customer focused this could be the opportunity for you!

Role Responsibility

Lots to do but lots of fun

Here’s an idea of what The Spa Membership Sales Manager will be responsible for…

  • Membership sales
  • Creating member profiles on our system (Hart) and ensure they are kept up to date
  • Process direct debit monthly runs
  • Carry out show rounds 
  • Process member renewals
  • Issuing guest passes
  • Creating welcoming packs for all new members
  • Assisting with arranging member events and coffee mornings
  • General administration tasks
  • Duty Management shifts

The Ideal Candidate

Are you right for us?

  • Excellent administration skills including the use of excel, outlook, powerpoint and word with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good educational level of English and Maths
  • Minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory role
  • Good organisational skills
  • Previous luxury hotel experience in administration from within the sales or reservations fields would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
