Turndown Attendant

Job Introduction

You will be working as part of the Housekeeping Department evening team who provide the evening turndown service to our guest rooms.


 

Role Responsibility

Our successful Trundown Attendant will be responsible for;

  • Working as part of the evening housekeeping team to offer a full hotel turn down service
  • Ensuring that the public areas of the hotel are checked and re- cleaned
  • Providing additional room requirements such as speciality pillows and toiletries
  • Turning down (or re-servicing) a list of given rooms
  • Dealing with guest requests in a professional and timely fashion
  • Communication with other hotel departments as required

The Ideal Candidate

Our successful Trundown Attendant will have;

  • Experience from a similar luxury hotel environment, although this is not essential as training will be given
  • Ability to work unsupervised and complete a work list in a timely manner to the standards required.
  • A bright and cheery disposition with a high command of English
  • Excellent self presentation
  • Professionalism and common sense approach to work
  • Be able to work in a discreet fashion
