Key Responsibilities
As a Hospitality Assistant, you will help ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience. Our Hospitality Assistant will:
- Deliver warm, friendly and professional service at every guest touchpoint
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation across a variety of guest-facing departments
- Build positive relationships with guests and confidently respond to enquiries
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Promote hotel facilities, dining experiences and services to maximise guest satisfaction
Person Specification
You'll be a positive, enthusiastic and guest-focused individual who enjoys creating memorable experiences and exceeding expectations. As a Hospitality Assistant you’ll bring:
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- The ability to work well within a team and in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
