Key Responsibilities
Our Breakfast Chef will:
- Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes in line with kitchen standards
- Ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service for hotel guests
- Maintain consistency, quality and presentation across all breakfast offerings
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place for breakfast service
- Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are always met
- Assist with stock rotation and minimise waste
- Support the wider kitchen team as required and contribute to a positive working environment
Person Specification
Our Breakfast Chef will:
- Previous experience within a professional kitchen environment, ideally preparing breakfast dishes
- Passion for food and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work early morning shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays
