Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your section
- Ensure all food is prepared and stored in line with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth service
Person Specification
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Passion for food and willingness to learn and develop
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
