Key Responsibilities
Our Food & Beverage Assistant will:
- Provide warm, attentive service across restaurant, bar and lounge areas
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen
- Serve dishes and beverages to the required standards of timing and presentation
- Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently to support smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
- Offer confident menu knowledge and assist guests with queries or recommendations
- Process payments accurately and follow company procedures
- Support Food & Beverage operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and bar service
- Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times
Person Specification
You'll be a friendly, professional and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest. Our Food & Beverage Assistant will:
- Have strong communication and guest-service skills

- Have smart personal presentation and understanding of basic food hygiene
