 Key Responsibilities
 • Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of all food and beverage outlets
 • Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered in line with company values and brand expectations
 • Supervise, train and develop the team to deliver a high-quality guest experience
 • Maintain strong communication across departments, keeping relevant stakeholders informed of operational matters
 • Drive commercial performance, supporting revenue growth and cost control
 • Ensure compliance with health, safety and food hygiene standards at all times
 • Monitor service delivery, standards and guest feedback, taking action where required
 • Demonstrate flexibility in approach to support the varying needs of the business
 
 Person Specification

 • Strong food & beverage or events background within a hotel or venue environment (minimum 4-star standard)
 • Proven experience as a team leader with the ability to motivate and develop others
 • Commercially aware with a good understanding of financial performance
 • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
 • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 • Strong product knowledge including food, wines, cocktails and cheeses
 • Clear understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations
 • Driven to create memorable and high-quality guest experiences
