Key Responsibilities
As our Food & Beverage Supervisor you will:
- Provide warm, attentive service across restaurant, bar and lounge areas.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and beverages to the required standards of timing and presentation.
- Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently to support smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas.
- Offer confident menu knowledge and assist guests with queries or recommendations.
- Process payments accurately and follow company procedures.
- Support Food & Beverage operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and bar service.
- Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times.
Person Specification
As our Food & Beverage Supervisor you will have:
- Strong communication and guest-service skills.
- A friendly, confident and professional approach.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when serving guests.
- A reliable, punctual and professional approach, with a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Smart personal presentation and an understanding of basic food hygiene.
