You will join as a Guest Experience Assistant, delivering a warm and personalised welcome to every guest. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will help create memorable first and last impressions while ensuring every stay is seamless, professional and reflective of the exceptional standards at South Lodge.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver a welcoming and professional guest experience from arrival through to departure
• Manage guest enquiries, reservations and requests efficiently and confidently
• Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and professionally
• Build knowledge of the hotel and promote facilities, services and experiences to guests
• Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
• Maintain high standards of presentation, organisation and attention to detail
Person Specification
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is desirable
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly and confident approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays
